In addition to our fitting service will also offer two maintenance packages 'A' and 'B' depending on the amount of work required to upgrade/maintain existing fire doors. These consist of the following:

Maintenance 'A' - Includes replacement of existing heat and smoke seals, signage, 3 x hinges, and adjusting the door  to provide a smoke tight fit between the door and frame. (All parts are included).

Maintenance 'B' - Includes fitting of heat and smoke seals to doors previously without seals, 3 x hinges, door handles and a replacement self closing device. (All parts are included).

Our door engineer will also advise on the correct location of fire doors and will also make recommendations if there is an over provision at the premise.

Upon completion of any maintenance work 'Just Fire Doors' will then issue a 'certificate of conformity', provided the door meets a minimum standard of integrity and stability. This certificate will remain in force provided that an ongoing 6 monthly minimum service level agreement is secured and the door is not altered or damaged in any way, including the smoke and heat seals.
