This is a popular cost effective internal 'Fireshield' plywood 30 or 60 minute fire check door. Flush fitting it can be painted or stained. These doors are lipped on the long edges, the standard core specification is cellular and blocked where appropriate for ironmongery.
External doors are 4 edge lipped 35mm FD30 fire doors only come in limited sizes and have approx 3-4 week lead time

The paint grade plus fire check door is available in 30 minute and 60 minute.
New lipped version now available for when lippings are essential for specification. (please see picture 2).
Due to the fire certification requirements the hardwood lip on these doors is concealed.
Door faces are factory pre-primed decoration time and site cost. The surface is dense and very smooth, making it the perfect choice if easy on-site finishing is essential. On lipped doors the lippings are supplied un-primed.
